Danish Diet 经过和成果汇报
话说有一日我终于受不了自己反反复复的减肥决心和从来都只有计划没有变化的体重,其实早就受不了了,但种种祖传秘方对我好像都不太见效,也许还是意志不坚决的缘故。哎,谁说的来着,连自己体重都控制不了的人怎么控制自己的人生。
食谱贴一下先。我用的是google出来的版本:
Day 1

这个江湖方子看起来很容易坚持,因为一天三顿都有吃的,而且有肉有菜有水果,也有少量的面包。食物种类的变化也比较多,比什么黄瓜减肥,苹果减肥,鸡蛋减肥,苦瓜减肥等等都要丰富的多。头六天和后六天是完全重复的,只有第七天不太一样,午饭和晚饭里面只能挑一个吃,但是有羊肉,做好的还是很香很香的。而且能从前六天坚持下来的人食量都会大大的减少,我的第七天就是中午的羊肉太好吃了,搞得晚上tom的生日party上完全没有食欲。最痛苦的是头三天,因为饭量需要暴减,同时没有淀粉和碳水化合物,也没有糖,对于喜欢吃甜食的同志们(比如我)是一个巨大的挑战。还好我也喜欢吃肉,生活里总是有些盼头。到了第三第四天一下子把肉也去了,换成全蔬菜和水果,我个人非常不喜欢吃菜,所以基本上只吃了方子里面有的非蔬菜类。不过这时候胃已经缩小了一点,也没有很难受,甚至还步行来回了VONs。
成果汇报:头一个礼拜减了5~6 lb. 基本每天一磅,后一个礼拜1~2 lb. 属于保持阶段。据说第一个礼拜虽然体重掉的多,但是体形上的变化需要在第二个礼拜才看得出来,因为身体要反应的时间等等。但是朋友们都非常合作,从我开始减肥的时候起,每次见到我都大力赞扬我的减肥效果,搞得我自信满满的样子,嘿嘿……
后记:对于想减肥又不想非常非常饿又没有什么毅力的人来说,Danish Diet还是很值得一试的。最重要的是经过这么一折腾,我开始相信肥也是能减下来的,火车也是能吹得动的,共产主义也是能实现的,谢谢!
